RAMMSTEIN Announce New Release Date For 'Mein Teil' Single
- June 25, 2004
German industrial metallers RAMMSTEIN have announced the revised release dates for the first single off their long-awaited new album. According to the group's web site, "Mein Teil" will be released on July 26 in GSA (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), and the international release will follow on August 30.
As previously reported, RAMMSTEIN shot a video for "Mein Teil" on June 2-3 in Berlin, Germany. A fifty-person crew and director Zoran Bihac, who also directed the "Links 2,3,4" video, realized the concept for the video together with the band. Editing of the video is currently underway.
"Mein Teil" comes off RAMMSTEIN's new album, tentatively titled "Reise Reise" (which roughly translates to "Journey Journey"), which is expected to arrive in late September. Other songs set to appear on the CD include "Reise Reise", "Amerika", "Los", "Wo Bist Du", "Dalai Lama", "Keine Lust", "Morgenstern" and "Amore".
