In other news,
ASMODEUS recently parted ways with guitarist
Arngrim. "He said that he has not enough time for
ASMODEUS since the band becomes more and more a full-timejob for everyone," the group write on their web site. "He wants to concentrate more on his own band and put his time into this in future." A replacement for
Arngrim has yet to be announced.
ASMODEUS are scheduled to release their sophomore album,
"Imperium Damnatum", on March 17 via
Twilight-Vertrieb. "The production is true the most brutal and dark one we have ever had," the band write. "The sound fits prefectly to the songs and unleashes the inner darkness of these eternal chorals. The cover
artwork is also done so far. It was again created by
Juanjo Castellano from Spain, who also did the cover for [2003's]
'Phalanx Inferna'."
