Revolver magazine has posted its list of the Most Anticipated Albums of 2012 - and Gojira, Killswitch Engage, Rush and Soulfly are all included! The editors say about Gojira's still-untitled Roadrunner debut, "It's no secret that we love environmentally minded prog-death outfit Gojira over here at Revolver. We've been championing the French 'green metal' crushers ever since we heard the behemoth opening track of their 2005 opus, From Mars to Sirius.
Howard Jones has posted a message on Killswitch Engage's Facebook page explaining the reasons behind his departure from the group, announced earlier this week. The message reads as follows: "Message From Howard: Well, I guess I will shed a little light without going too deep.
The members of Killswitch Engage posted the following message on their Facebook page today: "To our family, friends and fans: We have decided to continue on without Howard Jones as the singer of Killswitch Engage. We love Howard and are thankful for the nine years that we've had him in the band.
Killswitch Engage have been announced as the headliners for the third night of the annual New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, to be held at the Palladium in Worcester, MA from Friday, April 20 through Sunday, April 22. Said vocalist Howard Jones, "Yup, trouble's brewing. "It's been great to have time off, but now it's back to business. "All the guys in Killswitch Engage are truly excited to be playing New England Metal & Hardcore Festival again.
