Theory of a Deadman frontman Tyler Connolly talks about the personal experiences that led to the dark lyrical tone of the band's new album, The Truth Is..., in a new article on Billboard.com. Connolly tells the writer that many of the songs on The Truth Is..., which came out July 12 and is already a Top Ten album  on Billboard's Top 200, were inspired by his recent divorce. "A lot of it stems from the relationship ending...ending not to my liking, me having to deal with the consequences, continuing life in a strange city, all alone.

Theory of a Deadman's fourth album, The Truth Is..., has leapt onto the Billboard Top 200 albums chart at #8, scanning over 37,000 units in its first week. The album also reached the #2 spot on the iTunes Rock Album charts, and the track “Hurricane” hit #9 on the iTunes Rock Songs Chart, selling over 10,000 units without being officially released as a single.
