You are entitled to your opinion, but your comment that we "don't care about America" is rediculous.

The opportunity has presented itself to play in Europe where we were approached by agents and promoters. The response in the States has not been the same. I could go on with all the boring details but if a real opportunity existed to do some proper dates in the U.S. we would do it. That situation has not come to pass so we work with what we've got.

I hope this explains the reason behind the lack of U.S. shows. I see the comments on our myspace page and here on Blabbermouth, from US fans wanting to see some shows. It's not an ideal situation but it's the one we have to deal with.

Thanks for your time and continued support after all these years! We really do appreciate it.

Phil

What the world needs now is more third-tier Metallica rip-offs! Let's get these guys on a bill with Testament and Flotsam & Jetsam and call 'er done!

"All of the fans are still out here so can we have a new album and please reissue Independent!"

Thanks. We really have no plans for new material. Our current circumstances are not condusive to making a new record. Our lives are so much different now. Hopefully we can continue to do some fun shows and make our records available for anyone who is interested. I don't know if the legal bullshit surrounding the "Independent" record will allow us to re-issue it, but we will continue to explore all of our options.

Thanks for the kind words.

Phil
