GUNS N' ROSES To Play Japan, Taiwan In December?

According to a posting on the web site of the Japanese concert promoter Hayashi International Promotion Co. Ltd. ( H.I.P.), GUNS N' ROSES will play two dates in Japan in December: Dec. 16 - Osaka Dome Dec. 19 - Tokyo Dome Tickets go on sale on October 3. GUNS N' ROSES is also being advertised by Taiwanese concert promoter Brokers Brothers Herald, Ltd. ( BBH) as playing Taipei County Stadium in Taipei, Taiwan on December 11. A short commercial for the Taipei concert can be viewed below. "Chinese Democracy", the sixth and most recent album from GUNS N' ROSES, was released in its entirety to the Rock Band Music Store catalog of downloadable content on April 14. The tracks are available for purchase as an album or individual tracks for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 system. The tracks are available for purchase as individual tracks only for Wii. Aside from Billboard and Spinner interviews and answering a number of fan questions at a GUNS N' ROSES message board, singer Axl Rose has done no promotion of any kind for "Chinese Democracy". "Chinese Democracy" was officially certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America ( RIAA) on February 3, 2009 for shipments in the United States in excess of one million copies.

i like the new album and have seen G N R in 2002, 2005, and 2006
and i would go again but let me know when there is USA shows. And then hopefully the NY/NJ show is with in the first month of the tour.. most GNR tours dont last longer than 4 or 5 weeks...lol

Axl completely blew the promotion of Chinese Democracy and seriously fucked Best Buy over by apparently not giving two shits if the album sold even 10 copies.
Now he's gonna play a few random shows and call it a world tour?? He's a complete idiot.

I made the mistake of going to see Axl Rose and his Hired Guns in Toronto when they were here in 06. He came on stage at almost midnight and the show ended at almost 2 am. I will consider going to see him again if he can actually come on stage on time and reunites with the original band (with Steven Adler on drums as well. fuck Matt Sorum)
