As part of the official delegation of the "Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Federation of Autonomous Priories", MANOWAR bassist Joey DeMaio presented an Award of Merit on Sunday, July 20 in Timisoara (Transylvania), Romania to world-famous Spanish tenor José Carreras hailing his artistic career achievements and lifetime philanthropic works. HAHAHAHA. Yeah in the US they charged like b/w 50 and 100 bucks. And he seems to have fucked up the career of Rhapsody beyond repair, but I'm not going to cry over that.

I've seen Manowar 4 times on the east coast of the US since 2002. Didn't pay more than $20-30 each time. WTF are you talking about?

Last time I saw them here in the US it was $40, but I didn't mind. They did put on a great show. I was worth it to me. They can seem a bit cheesy to some people here, but yes, they do strongly hold the banner high for metal, and that gets my respect. Eric Adams is IMHO one of the very best singers in metal, period. When Joey starts a speech, that means it's time to refill your beer!
