CARCASS: More North American Tour Dates Announced - July 24, 2008

Reactivated British extreme metal pioneers CARCASS have scheduled the following North American dates so far:

Sep. 06 - New York, NY @ Nokia Theatre
Sep. 07 - Montreal, QC @ Medley
Sep. 08 - Toronto, ON @ Opera House
Sep. 09 - Sayreville, NJ @ Starland Ballroom
Sep. 10 - Baltimore, MD @ Sonar
Sep. 11 - Raleigh, NC @ Volume 11 Tavern
Sep. 13 - Tampa, FL @ Jannus Landing
Sep. 15 - Austin, TX @ Emo’s
Sep. 19 - San Francisco, CA @ The Grand Ballroom
Sep. 21 - Seattle, WA @ El Corazon
Sep. 22 - Vancouver, BC @ Commodore Ballroom

In February of 1999, CARCASS drummer Ken Owen suffered a near-fatal brain hemorrhage, leaving him in a coma for over 10 months. As a result, he is not taking part in CARCASS' current reunion run (ARCH ENEMY skinsman Daniel Erlandsson is filling in), but will reportedly be traveling with the band whenever possible and making brief appearances at select shows.

	whoever said carcass was playing the 24th or 25th is wrong. they just put up the date on the el corazon website that they are playing september 21st w. suffocation, aborted, 1349, and rotten sound. i also heard the announcement when i saw at the gates.
