OZZY OSBOURNE's Biggest Fan Is 7 And He Gets To Meet Him

Demorris A. Lee of the St. Petersburg Times reports: Ryan Cunningham took a liking to Ozzy Osbourne when he was in kindergarten. His father would pop in a BLACK SABBATH CD as he drove him to school. The song that snagged Cunningham's attention was "Iron Man". "We had to play it over and over and over," said David Cunningham, laughing. "And I mean every day." Ryan Cunningham's enthusiasm for Ozzy has not waned. And when the 7-year-old with cystic fibrosis was asked if he could have one wish come true, what would it be. He replied: "See Ozzy Osbourne." The wish will come true. The Children's Dream Fund is sending Ryan and his parents to the Ozzfest 2008 concert in Frisco, Texas. The Cunninghams will get the chance to spend time with Osbourne outside of Saturday's concert. Read more from the St. Petersburg Times.

I am so shocked and disappointed in the "metal fans" on this forum. How sad and pathetic you are for making fun of a child who will receive his dying wish.

I didn't see anything in the article about whether or not the kid was dying either but cystic fibrosis - which prevents the lungs to purge themselves of mucus - can be deadly especially if the immune system is not yet developed at a young age to clean itself.
That's dedication in listening to "Iron Man" every day though.
