DRAGONFORCE Interviewed On 'Rock Sound TV'; Video Available - Sep. 5, 2008

Rock Sound TV recently asked DRAGONFORCE singer ZP Theart and guitarist Herman Li what each bandmember is really like. Watch the two-and-a-half-minute clip below.

"Ultra Beatdown", the new album from DRAGONFORCE, has registered the following first-week chart positions:

Japan: #9
Canada: #15
USA: #18
UK: #18
Australia: #18
Ireland: #47

"Ultra Beatdown" sold 24,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release.

DRAGONFORCE will hit the U.S. for a six-week headline tour that hits major markets. DRAGONFORCE are a touring machine, but their last headline tour occured two years ago in September 2006. It was a sold-out spectacle that cemented the band's reputation as a live powerhouse, so it's time for the band to once again topline a bill. TURISAS will serve as main support for the tour, which kicks off on November 1 and runs through December 19.

	"frontmanford" has it right. This is absolute guitar wankery. Every song sounds the same. I've been listening to metal since 1982 and Dragonforce are the most worthless redundant band I have ever heard. Their music is the equivalent of an elephant turd. It's big but damn it stinks.
