SEPULTURA's 'Inner Self' Gets The Dance Treatment Courtesy Of SPIRITWO - Sep. 7, 2008
Video footage of SPIRITWO — the London, England-based pop project fronted by a female singer of Israeli descent — performing a dance cover of SEPULTURA's classic track "Inner Self" can be viewed below.

The studio version of SPIRITWO's "Inner Self" appears on the project's limited-edition "Foundling" four-track CD single, which was released last year via Org Records as part of their monthly "Org-An-Ised" singles series.

SPIRITWO performs what its namesake singer calls "polished tunes with a hardcore twist," featuring a "heavy metal attitude, theatrical persona, kicking ass with electro rock beats, using versatile vocal techniques, performance skills and a wild look, clashing styles to create a new experience."

I wouldn't call that pop by any stretch of the word, though it's not the worst 'dance' cover I've ever heard, Alice Cooper's Poison cover by Groove Coverage takes that crown.

COMMENT | People listen to that?

I respect Spiritwo's appreciation of 80's thrash and death metal but that Sepultura cover was vile.

Try harder.
