DOG FASHION DISCO: Reunion Concert Footage Available - Sep. 15, 2008
Baltimore, Maryland-based band DOG FASHION DISCO reunited for a one-off show on September 12, 2008 at the Ottobar in Baltimore. The performance celebrated the release of the group's "DFDVD II" and the rarities CD "Beating A Dead Horse To Death.... Again" which being issued through Rotten Records. The concert reunited the band with original DOG FASHION DISCO bassist Steve Mears, who joined the band on stage for the first time in years.

DOG FASHION DISCO's upcoming "DFDVD II" DVD release features over three hours of live footage, as well as interviews, behind-the-scenes insanity and the group's legendary farewell show shot in Baltimore. "Beating A Dead Horse To Death.... Again" will contain re-recorded tracks from the "Day Of The Dead" EP, live tracks and other rarities. Both releases are due October 28 through Rotten Records.

Such a great band... it was a shame that they broke up. Adultery was a brilliant album.

I hate it when bands keep getting better and better, and then break up after a nearly perfect album.

DFD is great, a reunion would be great.

It would be awesome if they got back together. Committed to a Bright Future was killer. Definitely a unique sound.

Polkadot Cadaver is a joke compared to the material DFD put out. It's flat out not the same, songwriting wise or sound wise.

you think so? damn... i mean it's not as good as adultery, but it's still a very good album IMO. it did take a few listens. to each his own i suppose.

IMO Adultery sounded like if Mr. Bungle recorded part II of their self titled record(which is good BTW, coming from DFD!)
