TED NUGENT Reaches Out To SARAH PALIN

Sarah Palin was the first name on Ted Nugent's list to receive an advance copy of "Ted, White & Blue: The Nugent Manifesto", comprised of 16 chapters on how to fix America. This week, the multi-platinum guitar icon, best-selling author and outspoken activist sent the book — due October 6 via Regnery Publishing — to Palin with a note in praise of the vice presidential nominee's "bold spirit."
Wrote Nugent: "We who live our American Dream by God, truth, logic, goodwill and decency, thank you for bringing such defiant common sense and self evident truth back to the GOP and politics."
A fellow hunter and outdoors enthusiast, Nugent concludes his note to Palin by saying: "We wish you Godspeed for the best hunting and fishing season of your life and pray to God almighty that you bring your bold spirit to the White House." (The full text of the note is below.)
Nugent describes his book as "brutal honesty and irrefutable evidence that the amazing quality American Dream that is my life is available to anyone willing to fight for rugged individualism and genuine independence by putting their heart and soul into being the very best that they can be, even when it is difficult and trying." He adds: "If a wild guitar player like me can be an asset to self, family, community, country, mankind and the good earth, nobody has an excuse to be a liability. Doing the right thing is ridiculously easy and always much more satisfying."

WIth this women in a position of real power we finally see real change.
It's vital that all important social decisions are based upon a set of fictional stories written 100s of years ago. I can't believe that schools teach kids that the earth is older than 10,000 years and that dinosaurs were real. What the fuck is that all about?
At least with her in charge the scurge that is evolution will be finally banished once and for all.
Next they will be saying gay people have rights because they are actually human beings.
And as for foreign policy, what's the point in flying to another country to deal with international issues when you can just have a look at it from your own country?

An interviewer from the British newspaper The Independent questioned Nugent about a 1977 interview in High Times magazine in which Nugent allegedly detailed elaborate steps taken to avoid the Vietnam draft.[6]
"I got 30 days' notice of the physical," Nugent told them. "I ceased cleansing my body. Two weeks before the test I stopped eating food with nutritional value. A week before, I stopped going to the bathroom. I did it in my pants. My pants got crusted up." [6]
Nugent dismissed the veracity of these statements, saying "You've got to realize that these interviewers would arrive with glazed eyes and I would make stories up." He explained that he did not go to Vietnam because he had a 1 year student deferment. When questioned, he admitted that he had "not wanted to get his ass blown off in Vietnam," but made note of a tour he made with the USO in 2004 to Fallujah and Afghanistan as support of his assertion that "I am not a coward." He also said that "Because I failed to serve in Vietnam, I feel an obligation now, to do everything I can to support those defending our freedom. Do I feel guilt and embarrassment? Yes."[6]

Sarah Palin is so out her league with this nomination. Pretty face but obviously lacks any world politics education (as does George W. Bush). A woman with 5 kids, one pregnant teen, one in Iraq and one with downs syndrome. That's alot to have on your plate to be 2nd in command on the mainland.

The guy is known as the most liberal person in the senate according to his voting record. He has no more experience then she does. He is no more ready to lead than she is. It's just that simple.
And, as for him being the most liberal. That is a bad thing for dems. The majority of dems are more like 50% to the left and then heading to moderate. Same for Reps. Most are 50% to the right and headed moderate.

Democrats have fucked themselves more than they have been fucked. Believe me. If they could just get their shit together they would have won in 2000. Or 2004. Or coming up. But they shoot themselves in the foot with who they pick. And no, I'm not blaming the people in here who are dems. It's the part. For God's sake, Gore? The guy has no possibility. (And don't give me that he won. We do base on electoral votes. He lost like 90% of the country. He won the most populace inner cities.) And then Kerry? 2004 should have been a democratic president. But they pick Kerry? And now Obama. Hillary is freaking salivating. When the dems lose, she will be able to say "See, I told you you picked the wrong guy. I would have won."
And don't fool yourselves. The Clinton's are the biggest McCAin fans going. Not policy wise, but they want him to win so Hillary can say she was right all along and will run in 2012. It's her last chance. She can't wait until 2016.
That's what I figure will be the most fun part of this election. Watching the Cliinton's to see how they submarine Obama. You don't fuck with the Clinton's. Have you seen the trail of dead and discarded they have left in their wake?

How many times have we heard that McCain would be a Bush 3rd term? While its trendy to be anti-Bush, the facts are that he won (approx) 50% of the votes in 2000, and 2004. Those core voters haven't changed as much as the dems and the media think they have. The dems anti-Bush strategey seems smart until you look at (the democratic) congresses 13% approval rating. If you add the Bush voters + the anti-Pelosi voters then you will see that McCain wins in Nov.
