HARDCORE SUPERSTAR To Open NHL Hockey Premier In Stockholm - Sep. 18, 2008

Swedish sleaze rockers HARDCORE SUPERSTAR will open the NHL premier between the Ottawa Senators and Pittsburgh Penguins in the Globe arena in Stockholm on October 4. The TV performance will be broadcast live for 100 million viewers in 100 countries around the world.

"Medicate Me", the new video from HARDCORE SUPERSTAR, can be viewed below.

HARDCORE SUPERSTAR earlier in the year announced the addition of guitarist Vic Zino from the band CRAZY LIXX following the departure of Thomas Silver.

Thomas Silver announced in January that he was "tired of music and touring" and left HARDCORE SUPERSTAR amicably.

Vic Zino played a number of European dates with HARDCORE SUPERSTAR as a session guitarist during the early months of 2008.

HARDCORE SUPERSTAR's latest album, "Dreamin' in a Casket", came out on November 7 via Gain Music Entertainment. The CD was partly recorded at In Flames Studio in Gothenburg and was produced by Adde and Martin Sandvik. A limited-edition version of "Dreamin' in a Casket" contains a documentary DVD.

	For fans of 80s hard rock / metal, check out Hardcore Superstar. I was totally blown away by this band when I picked up 'Dreaming In A Casket' a little over a year ago. Also check out their back catalog for four other great albums. GO WINGS!!! myspace.com/shadowbreedband
