Stephen Pearcy (RATT), Tommy Lee (MÖTLEY CRÜE), Matt Sorum (VELVET REVOLVER, GUNS N' ROSES) and the members of STEEL PANTHER will take part in the VH1 Classic Celebrity Bowl-Off tournament on Thursday, November 13 at 7 p.m. PST at Lucky Strike Lanes at 6801 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood, California. They will join an already exclusive list of actors, celebrities and members of the music industry who will take to the lanes and showcase their bowling skills to raise awareness for autism at this tournament. The evening will be hosted by Dave Navarro (JANE'S ADDICTION) along with actress Holly Robinson Peete and former NFL quarterback Rodney Peete and will include both a live and silent auction with rare rock 'n' roll photography from legendary photographers Jim Marshall and Richard E. Aaron, music, food, drinks and Rock Band video game.

VH1's Classic Rock Autism campaign is designed to help educate parents and build awareness about autism and to raise funds for a variety of autism research, advocacy and support organizations.

General admission tickets are $150.00; you can sponsor a bowling lane and bowl with a rock star for $5,000.00 (confirmed rock star bowlers include but not limited to Dave Navarro, Billy Morrison, Meat Loaf, Lukas Rossi, Matt Sorum, Donovan Leitch Jr., Pearl Aday, Tommy Lee, Stephen Pearcy and more...)

Proceeds from the event will benefit three autism organizations ACT Today!, HollyRod4Kids, and Doug Flutie, Jr. Foundation for Autism.

This is a great idea for a wonderful cause, I just wish the would air it on TV. I would be willing to donate to watch celebs bowl (kina' like pay-per-view). I use to watch pro bowling with my parents when it was big in the early 80's so why not Tommy Lee. Beter yet, I'd pay to bowl with these celebs... I think that would be super fun.
