PAUL SHORTINO Solo Project To Be Produced By MICHAEL VOSS

Michael Voss has signed on with AOR Heaven to produce the forthcoming album by veteran rocker Paul Shortino.
Shortino's musical career includes stints with ROUGH CUTT, QUIET RIOT, THE CUTT as well as a portrayal of "Duke Fame" in the infamous cult classic movie hit "This Is Spinal Tap". Paul has toured the world extensively throughout his career, always finding great success with his German fans. Going forward, Paul opted to develop projects on his own, often mixing it up with a veritable hard rock "who's who" of virtuoso players. Venturing into a diverse array of endeavors suited Shortino, and it's the career model he's stayed with up to the present. "The new project with Michael stems from my inclusion on the upcoming album release 'Voices of Rock'," said Shortino. "Georg Siegl of AOR Heaven offered me a solo deal. I knew I had to jump on board. I am excited to be working with Michael and AOR Heaven."
The album will be released in 2009.

Was this the guy that did the Metal segment on WLKG (Lake Geneva WI) 96.1 The Lake rocks? Seems like that was the guy's name.

I USE TO JAM WITH PAUL AT CAPTAINS CABIN..H.HOLLYWOOD.HE WAS A GREAT SINGER THEN,I ALSO BACKED HIM AT A MOTORCYCLE BAR IN THE VALLEY ?????WITH A BLUES ROCK GROUP..HE COULD SING HIS ASS OFF.I'M HOPING HE'S HEALTHY..AND DOING GOOD...LOVE TO ROCK AND ROLL WITH HIM ANYTIME.
