VINNIE PAUL To Unveil New DDRUM Signature Product Line At NAMM - Nov. 1, 2008

Ddrum and Vinnie Paul Abbott (PANTERA, HELLYEAH, DAMAGEPLAN) have announced the unveiling of a new signature product line.

Commented Vinnie Paul: "I'm proud to announce that I am making the move to Ddrum. This opportunity is giving me the chance to expand beyond playing music and bring my own line of kick-ass, affordable drums to skin bashers around the world. Simply put, these drums look and sound amazing. Hell yeah!"

"Vinnie Paul is the star in metal drumming, period. There is no doubt that this is a new day at Ddrum," said Ddrum CEO Elliott Rubinson." Division manager Terry Platt added, "The signature products from Vinnie are going to be sick."

The new line will be displayed at winter NAMM 2009 in January and Vinnie Paul will be on hand to sign autographs and help promote the product.

Since 1983, Ddrum has been pushing the limits of the percussive industry in product, marketing and brand recognition demonstrating its desire to be the best.

" Yes, and that would be Clavia Digital until the turn of the century when they sold the DDRUM name and brand to Armadillo Enterprizes, their US distributer.

	Vinnie is one of the most solid rock/metal drummers of our time. Pantera owns all period! It does suck that Pantera is not around to set the standard of where metal should be at. Peace

	i really miss vinnie in hard heavy brutal band. i hope some day he find the right group of guys and starts something really heavy again -- bring the thunder vinnie!!!!of couse it goes without mention i miss the fuck out of dime too the best guitar player ever-------black tooooooooooooth rip dime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

	Yeah, fucking lame that the best guitarist ever is gone! PANTERA forever! Vinnie is a monster behind the kit...I fucking love how they pulled some shuffle beats into their songs...fucking sick!!!!!

	Vinnie had a great relationship with Pearl, his signature "snakeskin" sold more than any other signature model and was a huge success, however Pearl wasn't interested in doing more than just snares. Vinnie wanted to do more for his fans! DDRUM came to the plate offering up total creative freedom for Vinnie to design and offer a COMPLETE line of drums and hardware made to his own specification, in his design and color picks. Vinnie has been drumming his entire life and knows his way around the kit, his influence has been hailed on the covers of many magazines as being one of the best of all time! This experience will allow him to guide the builders at DDRUM to make the perfect set of heavy metal drums!!! So if you are thinking of getting a new set of drums, hold off till next year and get a set of VP's own design!!!
