MARILYN MANSON Wants Ex-Wife, TRENT REZNOR To Testify At Trial

Online reports that Marilyn Manson has unveiled a witness wish list that includes his ex-wife Dita Von Teese and NINE INCH NAILS mainman Trent Reznor to testify on his behalf in an upcoming court showdown with estranged keyboardist Stephen Bier. Bier, better known by the stage name Madonna Wayne Gacy, sued Manson in August 2007, seeking more than $20 million. The musician alleges Manson used money from their former band partnership to buy items ranging from Nazi paraphernalia to a $150,000 engagement ring for Dita Von Teese, depriving him of his partnership share. ...if there was a comma after TRENT REZNOR, then it would be incorrect as it would imply reznor is his ex-wife. Not including an "and" is common practice when one wishes to write short titles for headlines while still using correct grammar. blab lablabal a...no one is going back to journalism school and that's final!

Ahh... you have to love disgruntled ex-band members who blow all their money and then have to sue to get their 'fair' share that they were somehow screwed out of. If it was so bad, why did he stay in the band so long? This won't hold up in the end. If Manson feels confident enough to bring his ex-wife in to testify in his behalf, Gacy is screwed.

You're completely wrong. Dave Mustaine could easily change his band name to MegaDave, and it would still be a band. Unless you hire some no-name musicians to play for you exclusively for rent (as a lot of famous artists do, like Madonna), you have a band, and all the members would have its rights.

yes but the bands name was the spooky kids, when he got rid of that on the end of marilyn manson it pretty much became him and a bunch of no names. manson has cycled through members since the beginning and if pogo thinks cause he put up with mm's shit the longest he deserves 20 mill., he needs a reality check
ps manson and reznor might as well have been married at one point in time, being as they wrote the song "closer" together
