New OSBOURNES Variety-Style TV Show Is 'Family Viewing' - Jan. 14, 2009

According to Billboard.com, "Osbournes: Reloaded", the new Fox variety-style show starring Ozzy Osbourne, his wife/manager Sharon and their children Jack and Kelly, is due to air later this spring; an exact date has not been set.

"We are letting them go as far as they can. They are raunchy and funny and also a warm, real family," Mike Darnell, president of alternative entertainment on the Fox network, told reporters yesterday (January 13).

"It is family viewing. We might have a few old age pensioners being kissed, and stripping grandmas, but it is all good clean fun. There is nothing mean-spirited about it," Darnell said.

Only six episodes have been shot. Producers said they would wait and see how the show was received before making any more.

	I wouldn't bother shooting any more episodes. The people in the audience are the only people actually watching the show. I will never attend another Ozzy concert again, I don't want that Maiden-hating bitch to get any of my money.

	of $haron. I related so much to Ozzy and Sabbath back over 30 years ago when I was a kid. The music of the outsiders. Now Ozzy and $haron are Hollywood soshes. People love their shit for the celebrity status. Ozzy has lost it. I don't care anymore. But he HAS to do this, because he knows he can't sing anymore. What better way to go out than to be a variety show figurehead? He's the Ronald Reagan of Metal (if even that). Respected more for who he was rather than what he can do. Which is NOTHING. A face, but hardly a voice.

	I know I said I was sick, sick, sick to death of $haron, and went off more on Ozzy, but it's $haron's fault for pimping her husband as she has. He's so spineless that he can't see how much of pawn he is to her. Is he still relevant? Not really. She is no use to metal except to bolster her Hollywood career. It makes her "hip".
