HATEBREED Frontman Wants To Help SEBASTIAN BACH Write 'Great Anthemic Metal/Rock Songs'
- Jan. 30, 2009
|
|
HATEBREED/ KINGDOM OF SORROW frontman Jamey Jasta has confirmed that he has been collaborating with former SKID ROW singer Sebastian Bach on material for Bach's next solo album. Jasta says, "All the SKID ROW/ Bach fans need not to worry — I am not trying to infuse a HATEBREED/ KINGDOM OF SORROW sound or style. I'm just hoping to write and produce a bunch of GREAT anthemic metal/rock songs for him. Think 'Painkiller'-era [ JUDAS] PRIEST meets 'Vulgar Display' [ PANTERA] meets 'Slave To The Grind' [ SKID ROW]." Bach recently stated about his upcoming follow-up to 2007's "Angel Down", "I plan on writing this record with my band, Roy Z [ 'Angel Down' producer who has worked with JUDAS PRIEST, BRUCE DICKINSON, HALFORD and HELLOWEEN] hopefully, and definitely Jamey Jasta of the band HATEBREED. Jamey and I are getting together this month to record some demos. I am not going to make a HATEBREED record, I am going to work on material with Jamey that will be heavy and anthemic but still make sense next to the other CDs I have done." Sebastian Bach's "Angel Down" limited-edition CD/DVD package, featuring "Roadrage", a film by Sebastian Bach, was made available in the USA as an FYE exclusive at all FYE stores nationwide and also at the FYE booth on last summer's tour with POISON. "Roadrage" features five tracks, "100% live, pro-shot" on the 2006 North American GUNS N' ROSES/ SEBASTIAN BACH tour. "Angel Down" was produced by Roy Z ( BRUCE DICKINSON, HALFORD, JUDAS PRIEST), and recorded at Sound City Studios and Under City Studios in Los Angeles, California. Joining Bach in the studio were guitarists "Metal" Mike Chlasciak and Johnny Chromatic, Bobby Jarzombek on drums, and Steve DiGiorgio on bass. GUNS N' ROSES' Axl Rose makes a special guest appearance contributing vocals on three of the album's songs — "(Love is a) Bitchslap", a cover of AEROSMITH's "Back In the Saddle" and "Stuck Inside". An e-card for "Angel Down" can be found at this location.

I love this site, I do. Bach really does have talent, contrary to popular belief. I will agree his albums don't have hits on them, but he is still more metal any of you on here will be.

Who the f cares what his real name is!!
Let's see, I was going to buy a Sebastian Bach CD, but since he is not using his real name, I am going to pass. But, I see Clay Aiken is using his real name, so I believe I will buy his CD
What a shock, someone in entertainment not using their real name (well, in Bach's case barely). I don't think anyone has ever done that before.

Well, who is gonna help him with his nu-country CD.....Toby Keith?????
SeBITCHian, give it up. You are nothing more than a hair metal hanger-on who still thinks it's 1989. You had a #1 album 18 years ago(after Bon Jovi wrote Skid Row's debut CD and you just stuck with the formula).
If anyone should've written a song 'Battle With The Bottle', it should've been the poor innocent girl you BLASTED in the face with a beer bottle.
ASSMUPPET!!!!!

Now that's an educated and informed stance if ever I've heard one. You would rather play music with a cross dressing coke addict who imprisons mail escorts than write music with somebody who's fans know all the lyrics to all their songs. Of course you wouldn't know that because you won't ever listen to them, right? Regardless of their similar thematic traits, Hatebreed fans still know all the words to all their songs. If a venue full of people singing along doesn't qualify him to write 'anthemic' tunes, than I don't know what does. But yeah you're right, go take it up the ass from Boy George and don't bother to learn anything new abo

COMMENT | Chorale Satana Real Name Revealed posted by : My Secret Circus 1/16/2009 3:36:04 AM
No folks, Chorale Satana's real name is not "Chorale Satana." As is revealed at this URL:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chorale_Satana_is_a_FUCK_STICK,
Chorale Satana's father Igay Vbirthtoacocksucker (b. 1944, Appleton, Minipenis – d. August 28, 2002), was a Canadian-born Retarded painter. His work is exhibited at the Nancy Hoffman Gallery in New York City. According to Dipshit.com ([1] [2]), Vbirthtoacocksucker was primarily active in California and Canada, and he was best known for producing children with small dicks and really fuckin low I.Qs ........
So folks, the former Blabbermouth poster known as Chorale Satana's real name is actually "Smalldickedmotherfucker Whomnoonegivesaflyingmonkeyshitabout III."
Now that this revelation is out of the way, the only remaining unknown here is whether or not his father fucked his cousin or his grandmother in order to give birth to his fucktard

yea who cares if it's his real name or not??? its not like Slash, Nikki Sixx, Alice Cooper and many more are using their real names. and Angel Down sold pretty good i think, better then many metal bands. and it sounds nothing like its 1989 or whatever. Death Magnetic is for example is a lot like the the stuff Metallica put out in the 80's and i think most Metallica fans are happy with that, so maybe more bands should go start sounding like its the 80's again or what?? true artist make music for music's sake and if it sells good then great.

I actually prefer Kingdom Of Sorrow over pretty much everything Hatebreed's ever released. Granted, Jamey Jasta can command a crowd like when I saw Hatebreed open for Iron Maiden in Montreal last summer but beyond that Hatebreed are too well intertwined with their familiar songwriting formula whereas the couple of songs I've heard from Kingdom Of Sorrow blend a nice melange of early hardcore with latter day doom metal.
Can Fred Durst even write his own name let alone write a song for Sebastian Bach? I mean, yeah, Bach's been to the idiot trough a few too many times in his career but at least he still has talent to piss away to begin with.

JAMEY STATED THAT THE STYLE OF SONGS THEY WERE SHOOTING FOR WERE PRIEST PAINKILLER, Pantera Vulgar display, & skid row slave era. YOU CANT GET MORE POWER/THRASH TECHNICHAL METAL THAN THAT ? HELL IT SOUNDS TO ME LIKE BACH IS DOING A RIGHT THING BY WRITING WITH JASTA. TWO BAD ASS FRONT MEN COLLABORATING? WTF IS WRONG WITH THAT?
