ROBERT PLANT, ALISON KRAUSS: New Video Interview Available - Feb. 7, 2009
Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, the favorites to win the "Album Of The Year" Grammy Award for their critically acclaimed bluegrass collaboration, "Raising Sand", were interviewed by CBS-TV ahead of this Sunday's ceremony. Watch the chat in three parts below.

Plant and Krauss are scheduled to perform at the 51st annual Grammy Awards which will be held February 8 at Staples Center in Los Angeles.

Plant and Krauss told Billboard.com in June 2008 that they are hoping to turn their platinum-certified, Grammy Award-winning "Raising Sand" album into a going concern.

"I'm in no hurry to go anywhere," Plant told Billboard.com. "I want to stay very close. This is a font of knowledge, and I'm sticking as close to it as I can."

Krauss concurred: "We're all having a wonderful time, and I hope and I think all three of us are hoping to continue this and that it go on and on." But she added that the duo's association shouldn't bring the curtain down on any of their other projects.

Also, just because this is Robert Plant news and he is no longer in a metal band or making metal music, this kind of news should be ignored for this board. This project may be good for what it is but if it isn't about Zep reuniting, no one really cares until such time.

I bought this album when it came out last year. It's a satisfying listen for what it is.

Alison Krauss ain't that bad looking for whatever age she is, 40-something, and I highly doubt Robert Plant is banging her.

I hope they win the Grammy and yeah I enjoy swingin' the world by its tale, singin' the blues.

All Zep fans are blaming this woman as the reason that we're not getting a Zeppelin reunion. She must have some stuff that'll cure cancer it's so good.....or Plant just THINKS it will be that good if he ever does get it.
Either way.....she seems to be the reason that the biggest reunion of all time won't be taking place.

FACT.

Why the fuck is this on Blabbermouth? Led Zepplin where a rock band, from my memory they hate the term heavy metal associated with their music, Plant's a pussy, Their music sucked anyways, and his current dicking over of you Zepplin fans seems to be overshadowed by his retarded pairing with allison Krauss. WHY IS THIS ON THIS SITE? BLABBERMOUTH PLEASE TAKE THEM AWAY!

Dio sounds as good as ever and he's 66. Also the Rolling Stones still put on a good show well into their 60's.

No ...YOU SIR....with a name like "Major Geek" are SO showing us why you go by that name. You certainly haven't been around long enough to know anything about Zeppelin or why this tour isn't happening....or ANYTHING AT ALL about the reasoning of the tour not happening.
I was stating my opinion with a bit of humor that I thought anyone would see. That is any male with a set of balls who has followed a hot young thing around for as long as possible while ignoring more important things in life (A ZEP REUNION).
He proved it at the '02 show. He ain't too old to rock. He's just putting all his time into a piece of ass that very well could be the last one that comes his way. Regardless of if he's gotten it yet or not.
Now....you don't know me. A moron I'm not. Someday maybe you will know the difference.

Saxon, too. And Iron Maiden's no spring chickens.
Plus Grave Digger does a great live show. Dunno if they're in their 60's, but they could fool me!

by the way , plant is banging her. it's his woman. and I would just like to say that as a Zep fan , I would rather not see the band reunite if Plant can't hit the notes anymore.
