LAMB OF GOD: 'Set To Fail' Video Available

LAMB OF GOD video for the song "Set To Fail" can be viewed below. The clip was shot on January 9 in the band's hometown of Richmond, Virginia. Chris Steffen has penned a piece for RollingStone.com previewing LAMB OF GOD's new album, "Wrath", which will be released in North America on February 24 via Epic Records. The CD will be issued in other territories through Roadrunner Records. "Wrath" was produced by Josh Wilbur and was recorded in studios in New York, Virginia, and New Hampshire. LAMB OF GOD will be IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson's guests on February 20 during Bruce's weekly BBC 6 Music radio program, dubbed "The Bruce Dickinson Friday Rock Show". Listen to the broadcast live via the Internet between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight) U.K. time at BBC.co.uk.

I hate sounding like a broken record here, but why the fuck don't you just bypass the story if you don't like the band?!!?!?! Nobody is forcing you to read this article, let alone watch the video.
What kind of point are you hoping to make by posting childish, immature comments on here anyway?
If you have a legitimate opinion, fine, but (just as an example) "the name speaks for itself" is hardly legitimate or even an opinion (not to mention it makes no sense to post that in regards to a band who's already had success).
Sorry, I'll step down now and digress. Good song, like the fast beat right from the start. Can't wait to hear the new disc.

They've just been getting more predictable since their 2nd album. It's cool that they're semi popular, but it's only because the music is simple enough for 90% of the crowd at Ozzfest.
Also, it's funny that the people in the video are singing like they know the lyrics already.

Great song, great video. After years of begging Chris has put some blast beats in a song, it sounded f'ng awesome.
I imagine most of the kids in that video are street teamers and fan club members, they get early access to songs, so they probably did really know the words. Also, at video shoots, they play the song over and over, sooner or later some lyrics will be memorized. 11 more day for the new CD, I know it'll be killer.

It's great to see a hardworking band getting more and more success and still delivering the musical goods. Some people will just resent LoG for that, and not making a carbon copy of an album they've already made but they make music for themselves first and foremost which is how it should be.
I saw them live in the UK the other day and I thought they were just incredible - especially Randy's vocal performance, the best I've ever heard him.

May you all be disemboweled with a wooden cooking spoon!!! Contractor is a good song...and so is this one. Just because the guitars are not tuned all the way down to B flat, Chris running his nuts off at 300 bpm, or Randy gurgling the vocals does not mean that the song is bad.

I think that any metal band that can draw attention (regardless of the style they play) to the metal scene is great. The reason why I say this is because during the 90s metal was about to die off, and bands like LOG are helping to bring this music back to the masses, and so deserve our support. Moreover, this will help other bands who are trying to make it in the future.

This song sounds a lot more energetic than anything I've heard on "Sacrament". Good move on LOG's part for making a more organic-sounding record.

Another good example of how cool Lamb of God is to their fans. We get the producer edition cd, the Wrath sweepstakes, they put on a great performance every night, and are willing to get pakced into a room with a bunch of their sweaty ass fans and make a video. Like em or not they are one of the few bands that really respects their fans.

Very disappointed in this album and this song is pretty boring, the only thing worth listening to are the drums. Ever since AOTW it seems like they are stuck in a groove where there songs kinda sound the same.

This and contractor are way better than the singles released for Sacrament. Can't wait for this to drop on the 24th. Just got my ticket for the US tour. Anybody seen these new ticketmaster/live nation tickets? They are no joke, practically the size of a standard mailing envelope. Try fitting that shit in your pocket!

The video is like as the paces burn but with an audience. I like it. The song I am not sure what to think. It has very heavy moments but it tries to be a bit pop and does not quite achieve that. Hope the record is good. Will definitely pick it up.

I like a lot LOG and I had big expectations about this album, but I must say that I'm disappointed. I mean, the album is not bad, but it is not that good either. RB has a great voice for this music, but all the chorus parts in this song and in the rest of the album are awful. I blame this on the producer, I mean, wtf where they thinking when they hired that guy as producer (He worked with Limp Bizkit). I understand that they needed a new one instead of Machine to change things, but did it have to be that guy ( I can't even remember his fucking name). The sound of the album is great, but once you have heard the whole album you just realize something is missing. I guess I'll have to wait for the next LOG album and at least AIC is coming out this year.

as a whole is one kick ass metal album. I haven't been able to stop listening to it since I came across a copy. Wrath is def. a better album than Sacrament, can't wait to see them touring on this!
