SALIVA Frontman JOSEY SCOTT Recovering From Emergency Ulcer Surgery

The lead singer of the rock band SALIVA, Josey Scott, was forced to undergo emergency surgery on Monday morning (March 30) to repair a hemorrhaged arterial bleeding ulcer at Jackson Madison General Hospital. He will remain hospitalized for several days as he begins his recovery.
As a result of this sudden health matter, SALIVA will have to cancel two weeks of scheduled touring as a co-headliner of the Snocore tour with STATIC-X. Other acts on the bill include BURN HALO and THE FLOOD.

SALIVA plans to resume the Snocore tour on Friday, April 17 in Sayreville, New Jersey at the Starland Ballroom.
The band is touring in support of "Cinco Diablo", its fifth studio album on Island Def Jam Recordings.
SALIVA has sold over two million records, which include the hits "Click Click Boom", "Ladies and Gentlemen", "Your Disease" and "Always".

he was interviewed on a rock station up here in seattle a few months back, and he had just had heart problems. now ulcers? damn that sucks. and, the first post, he's been eating healthy and lost a hell of a lot of weight after he started having problems. hope he gets better soon. not a huge saliva fan, but they're good soundtrack music and occasionally have a shining moment. get better soon, josey!
