SKUNK ANANSIE: Photos, Video Footage of Low-Key London Show Posted Online - Apr. 11, 2009
Reunited '90s British rockers SKUNK ANANSIE played two low-key shows London's Water Rats venue on April 2 and April 3 under the pseudonym S.C.A.M. (a combination of the first-name initials of the four bandmembers).

Low-quality fan-filmed video footage of the April 3 concert can be viewed below (including a new song, "You Know").

Photos of the gig are available at this location.

SKUNK ANANSIE — vocalist Skin (Deborah Dyer), bassist Cass (Richard Lewis), guitarist Ace (Martin Kent) and drummer Mark Richardson — split up in 2001 but announced last September that they were writing new material together.

SKUNK ANANSIE was named after the West African folk tales of Anansie the spider-man, with "skunk" added to "make the name nastier."

Underrated and a hard rocking, full energy band. Great live shows. Caught them a couple time in LA.

COMMENT | Very cool band!

I still listen to their albums now and then. I'd like to see them live...
