FAITH NO MORE Kicks Off Reunion Tour; Setlist Revealed, Video Available

Influential '90s alt-metal act FAITH NO MORE kicked off its reunion tour earlier tonight (Wednesday, June 10) with a headlining performance at the Brixton Academy in London, England. According to Metal Hammer magazine, the band's setlist was as follows: 01. Reunited (PEACHES & HERB cover) 02. The Real Thing03. From Out Of Nowhere04. Land Of Sunshine05. Caffeine06. Evidence07. Chinese Arithmetic08. Surprise! You're Dead!09. Easy10. Last Cup Of Sorrow11. Midlife Crisis12. Cuckoo For Caca13. The Gentle Art Of Making Enemies14. RV15. King For A Day16. Malpractice17. Jizzlobber18. Be Aggressive19. Epic20. Mark BowenEncore 1: 21. Chariots Of Fire/Stripsearch22. Just A ManEncore 2: 23. I Started A Joke24. PristinaFan-filmed video footage of tonight's concert can be viewed below. Original guitarist Jim Martin is not part of the reunion. Performing in his place is Jon Hudson, who played with FAITH NO MORE during the latter stages of its initial run after Martin departed. The rest of the band's best-known lineup — singer Mike Patton, Gould, drummer Mike "Puffy" Bordin and keyboardist Roddy Bottum — is intact. FAITH NO MORE released "The Very Best Definitive Ultimate Greatest Hits Collection" on June 8 in the U.K. via Rhino Records. This double disc set contains the band's greatest hits on the first CD, while the second CD features b-sides and rarities. No Falling To Pieces, No We Care A Lot??? God forbid they don't play the singles that everyone knows and loves...sounds like Faith No More at their finest to me. I wish I could've seen that set, nothing short of amazing.
Fuck all of you people who only own The Real Thing and fuck all of you that only jumped on the bandwagon for this great band long after they departed. You couldn't ask for a better setlist than that. Most of you people are the reason they didn't play just the hits.
I pray that they bring their reunion tour to the States.

These videos make me so happy. I got into them with Album of the Year and they broke up shortly after. Over the past 11 years they have become fucking ICONS for me...they look and sound as good as ever here. I sure hope they got all of this stuff on tape so I can shell out some money for a DVD release!
And fuck off, natural enemies. You don't have a clue what you're talking about, really. This band hits practically EVERY genre. You don't have to be a metal fan to like them...you just have to be a fan of good music.
Gotta love the fitting opening. Patton looked like he was having a blast, I hope this leads to a new album and...getting ahead of myself here. Just tour the States, guys!

maybe that was supposed to be "R n' R" off of introduce yourself, since there's video of them doing the song above. pretty cool to see them throw that in there, it's a great song. i'd love to see them do we care a lot as well or even as the worm turns, patton always did a killer job with the mosely era stuff. i mean hell his delivery was better and he could sing on key so it wasn't hard for him to top that stuff really. mosely was definitely a character though, definitely have to give him that. hard to believe i have a VHS of them in their prime ripping the roof off of brixton nearly 20 years ago. fuck, i'm getting old.

I wasn't expecting a so inspired selection!
But only 5 songs from the main setlist (which includes 19 FNM originals) are not from Jim Martin era... So why not include him in this line up, especially when you are playing HIS songs on stage, Jizzlobber and Suprise! You're Dead! ? This is back stabbing at its best. And the 4 tracks on encores are not good selections anyway. I'd like A Small Victory and Everything's Ruined.

I was at this show last night. One of the best I've ever seen. I really hope this was filmed. I would definitely buy a DVD of the show. Hopefully, they'll actually stay together but I'm not holding my breath. At least I got see them live.

I know bro, Meshuggah was in my Top 3 bands of the day! but I gotta say FNM was the number 1 and I def think we will hear the likes of Small Victory, Falling to Pieces, Kindergarten, Ashes to Ashes on Friday I just cant miss it I just fuckin cant, they truly killed it last night im still buzzing, nearly forgot I saw Mastodon on Tuesday lol....

Good, I don't know why everyone on here seems to be disappointed they didn't play it, I've always hated that song for some reason :) Was a fantastic show! Crowd went especially nuts for Be Aggressive, Epic, and Midlife Crisis

Jim Martin could barely keep up with the rest of the band I'm happy he's not in this reunion, and Digging the Grave, Falling to Pieces, We Care a Lot are all fine songs but radio singles nonetheless and their exclusion from the set-list makes me smile, if they only dropped Epic, that would be super-cool

Cant wait to see em on Friday night. Hope they play Stripsearch again and add Ashes to ashes to the set list. Album of the Year is one of my fave albums ever!

FNM are now a blow up doll with your favorite porn star's name on the label. I cannot in good conscience recommend paying to fuck a rubber dolly.
We like them because of the works they produced with Jim.
Without Jim, they are a shitty cover band.
Don't consider going unless it's free admission; then think again.
