ENTOMBED Will NOT Perform At U.K.'s DAMNATION Festival - June 23, 2009

Swedish metal veterans ENTOMBED will NOT perform at U.K.'s Damnation Festival — set to take place Saturday, October 24 at Leeds University Union — despite the fact that the band's participation in the event was announced on the festival's web site. Kalle Metz of The Agency Group Scandinavia tells BLABBERMOUTH.NET, "[ENTOMBED's] booking agent was negotiating with [the Damnation organizers] but never closed the deal. In the meantime, the festival went ahead and announced the band for the festival. ENTOMBED are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused their fans."

	Entombed and Anathema are both now CONFIRMED for Bloodstock Open Air 14-16 August instead. Need to book your bands before you announce them Gav !!
