THE BLACK CROWES To Perform On 'David Letterman'; New Single Available - June 30, 2009
THE BLACK CROWES have announced the second and third leg of their 2009 "Stuck Inside Utopia" tour. The trek begins August 25, 2009 at Wolf Trap in Vienna, Virginia and concludes in the U.S. with a five-night run of shows at the legendary Fillmore in San Francisco on December 6, 2009.

On September 1, 2009, THE BLACK CROWES will release their new studio CD, "Before the Frost...", and celebrate with a live performance on "The Late Show with David Letterman".

A second album, titled "…Until The Freeze", will be given away for free exclusively through a unique download code which is included in "Before The Frost…" as a "thank you" to their fans for two decades of continued support.

THE BLACK CROWES' set will feature over two hours of music culled from the forthcoming new release and the band's deep catalogue. Widely known for varying their nightly set lists performing new material, album cuts, rarities and covers in addition to their hits, THE BLACK CROWES consistently deliver a fresh and unpredictable live show.

Why didn't these guys play even one old hit on the live album? Almost worst than Perl Jam...

They're great but I've been so not following them or Perl Jam that I don't know any of the newer stuff and I don't have enough attention to build fanship...

These guys are a true, old school rock n roll band. One of the best you'll ever see. Great songs, great band, ever changing setlits. Not the same songs every night of the tour. Give em' a chance and they'll blow your mind. Don't think so.. give a listen to the 6/19/09 Hampton Beach gig. Consider yourself rocked! :)

I'm really liking the new tune. Also, good on these guys for doing something special for their true fans who buy their music. Very classy touch.
