DORO, ULI JON ROTH and BRAINSTORM have been confirmed for the Monterrey Metal Fest IV, set to take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 (Mexican Independence Day holiday) at the Santa Lucia Arena in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
