AEROSMITH To Provide Theme Song For WWE 'Summerslam' Pay-Per-View - July 7, 2009

James Caldwell of PWTorch reports that WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) has tapped legendary rockers AEROSMITH to provide the theme song for this year's Summerslam pay-per-view event. The theme song will be "You Gotta Move" from their March 2004 album, "Honkin' on Bobo".

WWE did not say whether AEROSMITH will be performing the theme song at Summerslam in Los Angeles. However, AEROSMITH has a tour stop at the Staples Center in Los Angeles two days before Summerslam takes place in the same building.

On August 23, the day of Summerslam, AEROSMITH is scheduled for a night-time performance 50 miles away in Irvine, California when the pay-per-view would be taking place.
