SEBASTIAN BACH To Shed Unwanted Weight On 'Celebrity Fit Club'

According to Reality TV World, former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach is one of eight celebrities who will be attempting to shed unwanted weight on "Celebrity Fit Club"'s seventh season, which VH1 recently began filming. "Celebrity Fit Club"'s seventh-season cast members are former "Britney and Kevin: Chaotic" co-star Kevin Federline; his pre- Britney Spears ex Shar Jackson; "Project Runway" first-season winner Jay McCarroll; R&B star Bobby Brown; former "Charles in Charge" star and "Baywatch" babe Nicole Eggert; Bach; "High School Musical"'s Kaycee Stroh; and "Bad Girls Club" alum Tanisha Thomas. VH1 renewed "Celebrity Fit Club" for a seventh season in June, and it will follow a similar "boot camp" format to its spring 2008 sixth installment and feature the celebrities attempting to shed weight with the help of "drill sergeant" Harvey Walden and nutrition and diet expert Dr. Ian Smith. "Celebrity Fit Club"'s seventh season will premiere on Sunday, February 14, People reported Tuesday.

Bas isn't exactly what I'd call Fat or overweight. Take about 15lbs or so off of him and he is nothing but skin and bones. Hell he still talks about how he jogs like 3 plus miles quite a few times a week.
Hmmmmmm.........Bas always seems to take directions well. This should be interesting. Dude is like VH1's bitch.

It's all sugar. Of course it is... Even more if you drink like a hole... Consider that the guy is in his mid 40's. He's certainly not fat, compared to the average american. I know he's canadian, but he's been living in the US for 20+ years, that makes him an american to me.
Hasn't made good music since 1991... now that's a fact.

... I watched the show. Got a few laughs out of it.
Looks like Sebastian is being put in for the Gunnar Nelson role, a skinny guy that the fat ones all hate because he dominates the physical challenges and isn't actually fat!

Really though, we approach these older musicians and bash the shit out of them because of the "cash grab" and all that anti-capitalist asshole bullshit that I constantly see these dipshits pushing but really . . . Bach is making A LIVING. That's all. He's got a home and children and a wife. He's gotta EARN HIS WAY.
Do I think this will help him get "back on top"? Not really . . . he's only got one shot at that and I don't think those guys are willing to try it again.
Then again, Motley Crue and Van Halen managed. I do have an observation that might help Bach though . . .
Hey Sebastian . . . WHEN was the last INTERVIEW you saw with DAVID LEE ROTH?? Have you noticed that he appears MUCH MORE HUMBLE in the last two or three years??
Roth spent some time working in New York as an EMT going to the poorest parts of the city, helping people to LIVE. People with NOTHING. People that were on the brink of death. It changed him. It helped him to become a BAND MEMBER instead of some loud mouth egotistical cartoon that irritates as many people as he was entertaining . . . . He came down to EARTH and it saved his career . . . or at least it made him about 30 million dollars.
Roth is a VERY smart man. He won. Can you win?
