RevolverMag.com has uploaded video footage (see below) of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada metallers 3 INCHES OF BLOOD describing their new album, "Here Waits Thy Doom", released in August. "Here Waits Thy Doom" sold around 2,300 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The CD landed at position No. 8 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.

3 INCHES OF BLOOD's previous album, "Fire Up The Blades", opened with 5,300 copies to enter The Billboard 200 chart at No. 147.

"Here Waits Thy Doom" was released on September 8 via Century Media Records (August 31 in Europe). The CD was recorded at Seattle's London Bridge Studios with renowned producer Jack Endino (HIGH ON FIRE).
