SLASH Settles Lawsuit Over Home Sale - Nov. 10, 2009

ContraCostaTimes.com reports that VELVET REVOLVER/ex-GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Slash and his wife settled a lawsuit in which they sought to recover more than $500,000 they say they lost in a transaction involving a Hollywood Hills home.

Lawyers for Slash — whose real name is Saul Hudson — and spouse Perla Hudson filed papers late last month with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mel Red Recana stating that the litigation between the couple and real estate agent Gregory Holcomb and Sotheby's International Realty was resolved Sept. 16. The court papers were not made publicly available until last week.

The papers did not divulge the terms and the lawyers could not be immediately reached.
