ENTHRONED Begins Recording New Album - Nov. 13, 2009
Belgian black metallers ENTHRONED have issued the following update:

"The recording session of 'Pentagrammaton' [the new ENTHRONED album] has started! The drums are almost finished and I must say that Garghuf (ex-GORGOROTH) is doing an amazing job!! 'Pentagrammaton' is on the way to give you one of ENTHRONED's best releases!"

According to ENTHRONED, "The concept of 'Pentagrammaton' will deal with lived fact through Satanism and the occult and the musical direction is the logic[al] fellow-up to 'Tetra Karcist' [2007] with some elements of albums such as 'Prophecies Of Pagan Fire' [1995] and 'Towards The Skullthrone Of Satan' [1997]."

"Pentagrammaton" is tentatively scheduled for release in early 2010 via Regain Records.

ENTHRONED recently parted ways with Nguaroth (guitar) and Ahephaim (drums) and replaced them with Neraath and Garghuf, respectively.

ENTHRONED performed in Moscow, Russia at Plan B club on February 6. Photos of the concert can be found at Musica.mustdie.ru. Fan-filmed video footage is available below.

ENTHRONED's most recent album, "Tetra Karcist", was released in September 2007 via Napalm Records. The CD was recorded under the guidance of Harris Johns (SODOM, KREATOR, VOIVOD). Guest musicians on the CD include Ashmedi (MELECHESH), MkM (ANTAEUS), Verderf (ex-VERLOREN, OUROBOUROS), Harris Johns and Dungeon (ICONOCLASM).

I´m happy to read that they will add some elements from the album "Prophecies....". Last work was good but it lacked of some atmosphere and variety.
