PAUL DI'ANNO: New York City Date Announced - Nov. 19, 2009
According to the web site of the B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City, former IRON MAIDEN singer Paul Di'Anno will perform at the venue on January 27, 2010 as part of his first U.S. tour in over 15 years. Support at the show will come from ICARUS WITCH.

When asked by Vue Weekly in a recent interview about the possibility of releasing a new studio album in the not-too-distant future, Di'Anno replied, "We did five new tracks in Germany last year — it's very industrialized — but we got in a bit of an argument with the record company and we told them to piss off, basically. So I kept them songs and a friend of mine where I am right at the minute in Salisbury down in Southwest England, has just handed me 16 pieces of music so I'm going to go away when I have a bit of time and see what I can come up with for that."

Fan-filmed video footage of Paul Di'Anno's November 8, 2009 concert at Progresja in Warsaw, Poland can be viewed below (courtesy of "magazyngitarzysta").

I can already now tell you that this concert will never happen.

Di'Anno is banned for life from entering the US ever again. Why, you ask? For being a drunk, coke-snorting asshole threating his ex-girlfriend with a knife in LA.

Just like the first guy said. Paul can't get into the US. Maybe he can have the gig in customs cause that's as far into the States as he's gonna get

My band, back in 2000 was supposed to open for him here in NY and it did, in fact, get canceled because of his work visa being denied. I guess they finally worked out the issues.

Maybe....

Maybe we should all maiden fans spend a dollar and give the money raised to Di'anno in exchange to stop abusing maiden songs. Paul you are dead man just disappear none cares

Paul can get into the U.S. He played Puerto Rico earlier this year, and he was in the New York State a couple years back on holiday. The problem is that being that his shows aren't selling here, he cancels dates. I guess it doesn't make sense for him to come financially.

I remember a really big 2009 U.S. tour that I was supposed to see him on...and numerous other years that he's announced U.S. tours, only to never follow through because he can't get into the U.S. anymore.

Maybe he should say something official about WHETHER OR NOT HE CAN ACTUALLY WORK HERE before announcing dates that may or may not even happen, you think?
