Who will be playing in the cover band this go round? If Tommy is on bass, someone ask that shithead why he would not sign my CD disc when I saw him playing with Soul Asylum.

Can everyone please leave Guns N' Roses alone, what Axl has done took alot of time and the new album is one of the best GN'R albums I have hear. I am sick and tired of people not knowing what music is and leaving bad comments. The day you can make a ablum like that is the day you can make a comment.

Axl still got it, and he got quite a band with him, Bumblefoot, Richard Fortus, Tommy Stinson and Dizzy are fucking amazng musicians. Everyone keeps bashing these guys and don't een know their work.

It's not GNR, of course, but they're one hell of a band. Can't wait to see this fuckers live.

Yea sure they are like a cover band but they would play a Guns N Roses song better than any tribute band out there, and for that reason I would go and see them if they come to the U.S. and if I get the ticket for free.

"GnR has a huge fanbase of mid aged fools who were 20 years younger back when the band was huge and copied Axl to see if they could f#ck some chicks at the time

nowadays they are fat and bald and have fat wives and children at home and they still listen to the old sheit they did when they were young and had dreams about being a rockstar GnR, Metallica (black album) and all the crap they watched on mtv"

OMG! Another tool on blabbermouth, no way!?

Well, when I saw them in 2006 there were a lot of young people, and I mean highschool and university students. Also, I'm not fat, nor am I bald, nor do I have a fat wife at home. I'm in the middle of my Masters degree, lead a kick ass life, and somehow I manage to think GnR's music is probably the best rock 'n' roll ever written. And I know my rock 'n' roll. And Chinese Democracy is no exception. I should also mention that I was only 10 years old when the Illusions came out, so I'm not living some sort of nostalgia, nor is my opinion biased.

So kiss my ass, and stop dropping stupid comments because it's the "cool" thing to do. Fucking loser.

Ya I'm middle aged, married to a hot wive with two kids, life is grand and so is Gn R. I do listen to new music as well.
I used to think that you cannot go on without key members such as Metallica and cliff, GnR without everyone,Alice n Chains without Layne etc.. but what is the alternative ? They have all put out product post glory years so take it for what it is. If you like the music that's an added bonus.

in my opinion, i'd love them to come to UK next year.

and to those who say it isn't guns n roses, i blieve its the voice of the band that defines its sound not instruments that can be replicated.

so to me, it is THE guns n rses, and Velvet Revlover's live versions of GnR songs were covers, as th vocie is different.

shove your sour comments up your asses

Is Blackie in a W.A.S.P cover band?
Is Lemmy In a Motorhead cover band?
Is Mustaine in a Megadeth cover band?
Is Tom Angelripper in a Sodom cover band?
Is Håkansson in a Marduk cover band?
Was Chuck in a Death cover band?
These are a few bands that have/had one original member left. I can't see the difference if we are talking members. Why are they allowed to fly the banner of the band and Axl is not.

Go listen to Slash do duets with Fergie and other shitty pop bands. I would rather watch Axl with a bunch of hired musicians play GNR songs any day over the garbage Slash is doing. (That is what I actually intend on doing in January in Toronto, already got my tickets for the show).
