KISS: New Book Focuses On Band's Songs And Recordings - Feb. 26, 2004

The new KISSFAQ book "KISS & Related Recordings Focus: Music! The Songs, The Demos, The Lyrics, and Stories!" has been completed and will be published in the next few weeks (anticipated shipping second week of March).

Covering over 1800 songs, demos, and lyrics, from KISS and its associated past and present members the "KISS & Related Recordings" focus digs deeper, where the "KISS Album Focus" wasn't able to go, into the recorded history of KISS. At 250 pages, the scope of this monstrous work digs into the obscure works of Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, Peter Criss, Paul Stanley, Eric Carr, Vinnie Vincent, Mark St. John, Bruce Kulick, Eric Singer, and Tommy Thayer.

Research also uncovered a previously unknown Eric Carr pre-KISS recording. Tons of songs, including some radio/TV sessions, are detailed.

	Vinnie=Good songwriter who's ego always got in the way Mark=Awesome technical player but didn't really fit KISS Bruce=Excellent player. His leads on Revenge are great.

	STUMBLED ACROSS THIS POSTING AND COULD NOT HELP BUT SAY SOMETHING. BRUCE KULICK IS BY FAR THE WORST GUITARIST IN KISS. HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONALITY AND THE ONLY "MUSIC" HE READS IS TABLATURE! THE REST OF KISS CAN'T EVEN DO THAT MUCH SO WHAT THE FUCK GOOD IS IT! ANY OF THE OTHERS ARE MUCH BETTER AS THEY ARE AT LEAST RECOGNIZABLE.
