AEROSMITH To Offer 'Gold' In January - Dec. 23, 2004
Launch Radio Networks is reporting that AEROSMITH will re-release their 2001 retrospective, "Young Lust: The Aerosmith Anthology", on January 11 with a new title — "Gold". The album also features an acoustic version of "Livin' On The Edge", an orchestral treatment of "Amazing", and concert renditions of "Falling In Love (Is Hard On The Knees)", "Dream On", "Hole In My Soul" and "Sweet Emotion".

naughty boy GnR, how dare you s[it on the name of metallica like that...

they had many great hits, reason why they havent produced a "greatest hits" album, is because every one of their songs is a great hit :P

Just get Pandora's Box, it's on sale for $30 at most places and has their truly "greatest" hits, none of the new crap.

AC/DC does have a greatest-hits CD ("The Very Best of AC/DC"), it's just hard to find. Pretty mixed as far as the songs on it go, but the live version of Whole Lotta Rosie makes up for most of it (where's It's A Long Way to the Top?!)

...are all contained on their first four albums. I only see two good songs in this geffen crap collection, My Fist, Your Face, and Hangman's Jury. The rest is shit, and this is coming from someone who grew up with Aerosmith as their favorite band as a kid. Damn, how far the once drugged up junkie mighty have fallen.
