Even when Slash takes a $hit- he gives it his all in getting the turd out.

Matt loves the drums..
I read a new interview w/ Matt in a drum magazine and he is a master/he even collects snares...
&
I remember when Marilyn Manson was making "Mechanical Animals" they went to Matt cause they wanted a perfect snare sound and Matt has like a whole fucking big ass room full of different snares.

Scott will never sell-out =
he said he dont want VR to turn into the 90s Aerosmith/sell-outs/
Scott can write as good as Axl anyday !!

IT IS FOR THE LOVE BUT MONEY IS NICE.

TRY TO LIVE WITHOUT MONEY!
&
PU$$Y IS NICE TO.

3 REASONS TO START A BAND=
1)PU$$Y
2)MONEY
3)PU$$Y

I don't think Slash or Duff need the money. Appetite is still one of the biggest selling records ever. I doubt Weiland does either. Matt is probably doing okay as well.

Remember Slash toured clubs with Snakepit, did he do that for the money? Doubt it. I think Slash is a "real rock and roller"-he wants to crank up his guitar and just ROCK. It's just an unfortunate fact of life that when you happen to be Slash, and you happen to be in a band with a couple of guys who were in some of the biggest bands ever, that what you do may just take off and be HUGE.

Good for them!

Axl? If he was doing it for the music, he'd actually be doing some music, right?

They are playing some big venues. Should be interesting if they are able to sell some of them out. I would think they would have a pretty good support act or two with for the size of venues they are booked in.

VR is a great club show but this tour may have problems unless they have support. Saw them in a packed Starland Ballroom NJ and they kicked ass! Next show I saw them at was the claus fest (92.3 NYC) after Korn the CAA was not that packed. I like them but ......stadium tour?

Booking Velvet Revolver in arenas in this fickle U.S. economy is crazy! I hope they do well, but I don't think VR is big enough to play arenas at this stage of the game. No Austin or even San Antonio show, so I will not be attending this tour. How I wish for a GN'R reunion. Just isn't the same without Izzy & the red head.
