I went to their show in t.o. and i walked out. they sounded like shit, they started their set with shit music off the album and then they had to 'take a break' and they played some sort of ambient shit so ... i left. not to mention that most of the crowd were under 16 years old and i was pissed that KSE didnt even play (ok, sorta) and i was pissed that it was so smoky and nasty in there. Yuck!
I can't wait for the soilwork/mnemic show. maybe then i'll have fun.

...if a band can sell all different kinds of merch, what's so bad about shoes? And yes, I'd rather advertise a band I like than some clothing company, hence the reason I wear only band T-shirts (with the occasional Ibanez T-shirt).
As for the shoes themselves...they look pretty lame except the black cup leather ones. I like those skateboard-type shoes, they're comfy, so what's wrong if I want one with Slipknot on it? Yes, I do currently wear a pair of Slayer Vans. Eat me.

Slipknot are fucking geniuses (no, obviously not musically). After all, their fanbase is composed of 12 year old dildo's who know fuck all about music. Wow..Ok. All the haters...you need to slow your roll there. Dude, they're just shoes. How much time do you guys have to sit around and just constantly rant about fucking shoes? I personally think they're cute. Not the most original idea, but they're fine. And that symbol isn't even a pentagram. A pentagram has 1 star. I read up on what the symbol Slipknot uses means and what it's called but it was so long ago I don't remember so..yeah stop calling it a pentagram.
And seriously, to hate on the band you have to have actually sat down and read up on the members and the lyrics to understand what this band is about. Just because you don't agree with their opinions and how they write music, doesn't mean it's bad music. Slipknot is, to me the most amazing band ever. I've listened to them since I was 3 years old and they're messages have always been honest and just straight forward and totally fucking true and for people like me to relate to and we adore them because they come out and say the truth through their music.
Seriously and if you hate them so much I mean..why take time out of your busy schedules (sarcasm) to read up on their merchandise and sit their at your computers hating on them? Just stop, you look like idiots. You only do it to feel better about yourself and feel superior to fans who really appreciate them and their music.
