SYSTEM OF A DOWN Confirmed For U.K.'s DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL

SYSTEM OF A DOWN have confirmed their appearance at this year's Download Festival in Donington, U.K., according to a posting on their official web site. The festival, which will now take place over the weekend of June 11-12, is expected to make an announcement regarding this year's lineup on February 2. SYSTEM OF A DOWN will perform at the festival on June 12. In related news, SYSTEM OF A DOWN have added a second London date at Brixton Academy on June 4. I hate this fuckin band. I liked them when first cd came out but after watchin them and listening to them more and more they are just plain fucking not metal.Though I don't agree with the war situation I'm sure many will agree that this band plain sucks,and that is just my opinion don't like it don't fucking read it.One of my old friends played in an emo band(part of reason we're only in touch once in a great while) and felt the need to do SOAD songs when they played gigs and though they covered them decent enough, I for one was repulsed by it.

i dont mind system of a down, there first album had some good songs on it! toxcitcy was ok but not great! i might go to the download festival again this year! but how can it better then last years?!?

And anyone who thinks differently clearly has never been to a good festival! S.O.A.D are a heap of shit so they will clearly do ok at Download along with all the othe Nu-metal, Pop-Punk bands that play there. I could count on one hand the number of good bands at Download last year.

how you can say system are a shit band i just dont know , i agree with blsabob who fucking cares what the music is labeled , metal , hard rock , death metal , who the hell cares! , i just saw system of a down in concert and they fucking rock , to all you guys out there saying system suck please recomend a better band........
