MESHUGGAH Complete Work On 'Catch 33'

Swedish experimental extreme metallers MESHUGGAH have finished mixing and mastering their new album, "Catch 33", for an April 11 release via Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to 2002's "Nothing" is being described as one continuous 47-minute song divided into 13 parts and is said to be "musically the opposite" of the group's 2004 EP, "I".

Meshuggah=PURE GENIUS.
Tomas Haake=best drummer in metal, a jazz master.
Fredrik Thordendal=my favourite guitar player, incredible atonal legato style VERY much influenced by Allan Holdsworth, incredible composer, his solo work "Sol Niger" is better than all Meshuggah albums put together (almost).
MESHUGGAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sol Niger Within was a great CD. Catch 33 will be slower tempo than "I" but who cares? Meshuggah don't make the same kind of CD twice in a row. It's how they are as musicians. So don't expect anything and just wait and see what it's like.
