about murky minor-key instrumentation where the musicians are held on a tight leash as not to detract from the singer who is fruitlessly trying to get some kind of middle eastern love vibe across to several generations of people who (I would hope) like myself who still yearn to hear Robert as a singer rather than a moaner, with a band that sounds lively rather than merose.
