It's Official: MACHINE HEAD To Tour U.S. With DEVILDRIVER, THE HAUNTED, IT DIES TODAY

MACHINE HEAD will be embarking on a monster North American headlining tour this May in support of their current release, "Through the Ashes of Empires", as well as their upcoming live DVD. The month-long "States Turn Blue To Gray" tour will feature fellow Roadrunner Records artists DEVILDRIVER, Century Media recording artists THE HAUNTED and Trustkill's IT DIES TODAY (as reported here on Feb. 19). Scheduled to set sail the first week of May, immediately following MACHINE HEAD's stint on a Midwest portion of the LAMB OF GOD tour, the "States Turn Blue To Gray" tour will continue into the first week of June, hitting major markets throughout the United States and Canada. Specifics for all dates will be posted at MachineHead1.com as they become available.

Now I have to decide if it's worth going just to see one band, although it would be my first time seeing The Haunted. But damn, those other bands are crappy....

Never heard of It Dies Today.
And Devildriver is a worthless piece of shit band that has no place on this tour... fucking POSERS! At least I'll have someone to boo and throw bags of dog shit at! Could be fun...

very glad to see The mighty Haunted and Machine Head teaming up. thought they had 2 of the best albums in 2004. shame Devildriver's gonna be there though. I hope The Haunted isn't forced to play before them.

i definitely wanna catch this one. seen Devildriver twice, Machine Head once, never seen The Haunted and don't remember if i've ever heard that other band.
as long as The Haunted are put higher on the bill than Devildriver, Devildriver are only making their 2nd album as we all know, The Haunted should be right before Machine Head since they have seniority and more albums.

wow. another dull, boring, cookie-cutter tour full of hasbeens and metalcore. the haunted blow ass now. i wouldn't go see them with their homosexual singer. no need to mention machine head. whoever fucktard was that mentioned the word thrash as association with machine head's new album, you sir a fucking fucktard. i can stand devildriver is an opener on any metal tour. they do a pretty good job as long as they're opening and no more worthy bands are before them. it dies today is more fucking bullshit metalcore. another tour that will take a backseat to about 6 or 7 other tours this spring. nice try machine head. you still suck
