STRATOVARIUS: North American Dates Scheduled

Finnish melodic metallers STRATOVARIUS will be embarking on a North American tour this fall. Confirmed dates so far are as follows:
Sep. 17 – Atlanta, GA @ ProgPower USA
Sep. 19 – Springfield, VA @ Jaxx
Sep. 20 - Philadelphia, PA @ Trocadero
Sep. 21 – New York, NY @ B.B. King's
Sep. 23 - Montreal, QUE @ Le Medley
Sep. 24 - Quebec City, QUE @ Le Capitole
Sep. 28 – Chicago, IL @ House of Blues
More dates will be announced soon.

no their isn't. I' am simply perplexed at Blabbermouth's infatuation with this terrible band. It's always stratovarious this, and stratovarious that...I'd seriously rather hear about limp bizkit, Korn, or any of those terrible nu-metal bands before these guys. All you really have to do is look at a band pic to realize the homosexual nature of this band. I really think it's just a bunch of guys who thought they could be Rockstars and get lots of pussy, when in actuality, they just stuck themselves in a downward spiral of gayness.

Tickets are too expensive at BBKings for me to care about this band. $35 is too much for one mediocre band. However, if the rumors of Finntroll joining them are true, I'd shell at $35 in a minute.

First of all, power metal is an awesome genre of music, and don't tell me that I am a pussy, I listen to Necrophagist and Nile, I just have a wider variety of musical taste. Stratovarius is a sweet, upbeat band that can make some catchy and sweet music. Come on, lyrics like, "Heart of an eagle, he flies through a rainbow," are fucking sweet. Not quite as cool as "Eviscerate - slushy bowels ripped out at once," but you get the idea. And Iron Maiden is power metal, if you don't like power metal then you don't like Iron Maiden, and that makes you a big duchebag.

Iron Maiden Fucking Rules. All the rest of it fucking sucks, I'm sorry.
If you want some real fucking melodic metal check out some Opeth. Opeth is aeons ahead of stratovarious, someone tell me differently.
BTW-Stratovarious Fans:
I'm not denying that there arent talented musicians in this band you love. What I am saying is that the band as a whole fucking blows. You can have the greatest musicians in the world and still have a shitty band, you know this. Like I said before, check out some Opeth if you haven't already.
