Fire Erupts At KURT COBAIN's Childhood Home

According to the Associated Press, a fire broke out Thursday afternoon (March 3) at the childhood home in Aberdeen, Washington of the late NIRVANA star Kurt Cobain.
Aberdeen firefighter JR Streifel said the cause of the 4 p.m. fire was not immediately known, but was believed to have started under the front of the house.
The fire was extinguished quickly. No damage estimates are immediately available.
Cobain committed suicide in April of 1994 at his Seattle home.

Generally I don't see many real adults on the internet the use internet slang such as STFU or ROTFL. That is unless they are child molesters. In that case stop IMing my sister or I'll kick your ass.
Also, Nirvana is not "metal." There are so many sub-headings under the genera of rock that I can understand your confusion. Perhaps before you open your mouth about things you don't even understand you should do some research, or at least some thinking.
You were highly entertaining however.
I'm not denying that this story was lame. I have been a Nirvana fan since I was about four (I'm 18 now), and even I am getting a little sick of hearing about Kurt. He "killed himself". They may or may not still be recording if he hadn't. The simple fact is however that he "killed himself" because he didn't want to be famous. He didn't want people to talk about his childhood home on the internet at 3 am.
He was just another tragic human being. He had a lot of problems and a deep soul. He didn't want to be put under everyone's microscope. He didn't produce the music he did because he wanted to capitolize on his talent and make money. He just did it because he loved it. It came natural. It flowed out of him and everyone could tell. That's why people love him.
(The "" were stuck in there because I'm a bit skeptical about the whole suicide thing. Considering the "suicide note" was written as a letter breaking up the band until about half way down. A large portion was then scratched out and written over in someone elses handwritting so sound like a goodbye to life rather than music.)

Say what you want, Kurt Cobain was an overrated musician in a time when metal was most vunerable due to it's excesses and glamed-out imagery. Bluntly put, Nirvana was a good band as any shit band can be with a great drummer.
Burn the house all the way down and redevelop the land parcel for band studios and give something back to the music community, instead of more watered-down alternative studio takes and jam sessions that the media will cram down our throats for the next 100 years.
