STATIC-X Rejoined By Guitarist KOICHI FUKUDA

Guitarist Koichi Fukuda has officially rejoined STATIC-X. In a statement posted on the group's official web site, STATIC-X frontman Wayne Static said, "Koichi was with us back in the club days here in Los Angeles, played on our first record, 'Wisconsin Death Trip', and did the first two years of touring with the band. He's been in the studio with us since October working on the new record and this feels like a very natural transition.
"The first shows with Koichi will be at the Galaxy in Santa Ana on March 25th and at the Key Club in Hollywood on March 26th. We'll be releasing details very soon about more extensive touring plans as well as the title and release date for the new record.
"Tony, Nick, and I want to thank all of you for your continued support...you guys have never let us down. Thanks!"
Koichi Fukuda rejoins STATIC-X as the replacement for Tripp Eisen, who was dismissed from the group late last month following reports that Eisen was arrested by authorities in two states on charges that include kidnapping, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from two separate incidents involving sexual relations with minors.

This horny ass guitar player getting busted has been one of the best things to happen to this band. They have gotten a lot of press just before they release a new record and start a new tour. It's always interesting when a former member rejoins a band. I think I have seen this band live, I'm not sure though.

I've been a member of this website for about two months and in the past I only posted once because I fucking hate VR and was tired of people claiming they were a great band... but whatever, I just wanna know, why do you actually take the time to bash these bands if you really don't give a fuck about them? I mean... I don't post simply because I hate the retarded fights that get started on this site because of difference of opinions... I agree with SOME of the things you say, but I think you just give this idiots what they'recraving for... ATTENTION! I made a big mistake by actually waisting a good CD burning the first static-x cd and I KNOW I won't do that again... but you know if there's people out there willing to buy their cd's just let these guys make a decent living and at least that way kids are hooked on some type of rock and not some hip-hop or maroon 5 crap

And amazing choice by the band. Kudos! Hopefully Revolve (the band Koichi left to re-join Static-X) will find a new guitarist, too. They're a good band.

I don't really care about Static-X anymore. I liked the 1st LP and that was about it. Every album after that sucked especially the most recent one based on songs I heard on the radio. I liked Fukuda alot more than that fruit loop Eisen.
Fuck it all I don't care anymore!

Pretty excited. Idc what ppl consider Static-X, nu-metal, industrial, w/e. They're good, no matter who says otherwise. I'm sure the next album they make with Koichi will be great, I enjoyed Machine, and I think the band is good as they are. I like Shadow Zone, but I like Machine much better. I believe Static-X will rebound and hopefully make some new, heavier stuff. They're a talented band. People who bash them, need to figure out what they're talking about, cuz they're wrong if they do bash them.

You know...as much as i hate to say this...The first Static-X album did have some pretty cool tracks on it....I just got bored with the second album and have never listened to them again.
Who wants to start a bet...that this dipshit...wikalika...will get kicked off here within a week?
