EXODUS' as-yet-untitled new album will once again be produced by Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, ARCH ENEMY, NEVERMORE) and will mark the band's first release with new vocalist Rob Dukes. Among the tracks set to appear on the CD is "Shovel Headed Kill Machine" (working title), which guitarist Gary Holt has described as "one of the fastest EXODUS songs of all time."

This looks cool, but I'm a bit concerned about production since it appears that Exodus is releasing this themselves. I would doubt that it'd be in 5.1 audio or anything like that. Lets hope I'm wrong, 'cause I'm getting this either way. Their tour with Megadeth was incredible!

I'm sorry, but the Skinlab dude sucked. He was out of breath the whole time I saw them and he missed half the lyrics, sometimes singing it wrong. He was fucking irritating. I miss Zetro.

it seems like it came out of the blue... i hope it had a bit of thought put into it & i hope the quality is decent. for their first DVD i would have liked a huge package with all their videos, band history, etc. or how about releasing the Another lesson in violence gig from 97. that was taped right>

either way, i am getting this too

when they headlined here at Mulcahys on Long Island, NY - amazing show. Sadly, not too many attended (it was poorly advertised by the club and it was the same night as a local Metallica show)...still, those who came saw a GREAT show.

I went to the 'deth show in Boston and MISSED Exodus...we got to the gig at 7:30pm and Exodus has already played!!! Pissed me off...who goes on that early???

Still - they came out and did background vox on "Back in the Day"...that was awesome.

I didn't care for the Skinlab singer AT ALL, his voice fuckin' blew compared to Souza's... But I really didn't mind so much, considering that I was watching Gary Holt play most of the time. I listened more to the guitars than anything else. I'm looking forward to this live DVD, because it DOES have Souza.

I loved seeing Exodus with Baloff, he wasn't the greatest singer but he was an excellent frontman. He'd have the crowd in a killing frenzy, the days of the "Poser Patrol" were great indeed. You knew not to show up at an Exodus show with a Motley Crue shirt on. Seeing them open for Slayer in 85 is still my favorite concert ever.

COMMENT | THIS WILL BE AN EXCELLENT...

This was a live webcast. It was cool to watch at the time, but the video and sound was AWFUL! Just looked like it was from a webcam. Too bad they didn't pro shoot some of their shows before Zetro left, or better yet, release a pro shot version of the show with Baloff from Another Lesson in Violence! Now that would be worth getting for sure!
