Original KISS Guitarist ACE FREHLEY To Guest on 'The Howard Stern Show'

Original KISS guitarist Ace Frehley is scheduled to appear on "The Howard Stern Show" on Tuesday, March 29. Frehley is expected to promote the DVD release of the "Remedy" movie, which features Frehley in the role of " Johnny." Due March 29, "Remedy" will have national video distribution via MTI Home Video in Blockbuster as well as other stores, according to a previous e-mail received by BLABBERMOUTH.NET from the film's lead writer, Nicholas Reiner. A trailer for the film can be viewed at this location. According to the movie's official web site, "Remedy" is "film-noir in the fast lane — a darkly comic tale. It is the mystery surrounding the murder of one of a tightly knit band of friends. Extreme indulgences and the never-ending New York nightlife drive the group into realms of insanity. Eventually they destroy each other and themselves."

Ace & Peter are finished? Then KI$$ is finished. They should have retired with some dignity instead of dressing up two stooges as Ace & Peter. What they are doing cheapens and dilutes the KI$$ legacy.
In sports, when a key player retires, they retire his jersey/uniform. KI$$ should do the same if they are to continue. As it is, they are nothing more than a tribute/nostalgia act.
Now, if they were to just drop the makeup or give Thayer and Singer their own personae, not to mention make some new music, that would not be a slap in the face to the legacy of cla$$is KI$$.
I am a LONGtime KI$$fan, but what they are doing now makes me SICK.

he's in it a total of about five minutes.....about three small scenes. He was suposed to do music for this too, but i guess it never panned out.......like most things he tries to do. He was still messed up when he did this i guess. Hopefully hes clean now and is gonna put out some good tunes soon.

To those who don't like Ace, that's fair. No one said you had to.
I happen to think he's very entertaining people and a damn decent axeman.
Yeah, there are better technical guitarists out there, hell Ace even said so himeself.
But finding one who put as much of himself into his playing, now those are harder to find.
Granted Ace had/has some problems, who doesn't.
But when he's on his game, he's the best there is.

he was so fucking awesome, that fucker no lie I swear, sent me a personal letter when I was 17 w/ an Autograph say "thanx for the letter, keep the faith" that guy changed my life, I will always love what he did in KISS and the solo stuff, he fucking rocks the axe, plus hes a boozer that rules so damn funny!!

All the KISS haters seem to think that Ace and Peter were the backbone of the band. NOT TRUE - for those of u that dont know, KISS survived and sold out tours, had platinum albums WITHOUT ACE OR PETER.
KISS has proved time and time again that they can deliver great performances. I saw shows from the farewell tour and the 2004 rock the nation tour and sorry to say the 2004 rock the nation show in Virginia sounded MUCH tighter then with Ace or Peter.
