SPIRITUAL BEGGARS, the Swedish band featuring ARCH ENEMY guitarist Michael Amott, have inked a deal with InsideOut Music for the release of their new album, "Demons". The follow-up to 2002's "On Fire" will be issued in late June.

"Demons" was recorded at Slaughterhouse Studio with Rickard Bengtsson and was mixed by Fredrik Nordström and Patrik J. Sten at Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden. Mastering duties were handled by Göran Finnberg. The album cover art was conceived by Niklas Sundin of Cabin Fever Media.

"Demons" was released in Japan in February via Toy's Factory Records.

SPIRITUAL BEGGARS have been confirmed as the support band for DIO on their upcoming tour of Japan. The dates are as follows:

May 27 - Zepp - Nagoya, JPN
May 28 - Zepp - Osaka, JPN
May 29 - Zepp - Tokyo, JPN

Prior to the Japanese tour, SPIRITUAL BEGGARS will play a hometown show on May 20 at B&B in Halmstad, Sweden. An appearance at the Decibel 2000 festival in Bengtsfors, Sweden will follow on May 21.
