BRET MICHAELS To Debut New Single On 'Nashville Star'

POISON frontman Bret Michaels will debut his new single, "Open Road", on tonight's episode of "Nashville Star", the country music version of "American Idol", according to ABC ePrep. He will also sing the POISON hit "Nothin' But A Good Time" with the contestants. "Nashville Star" airs at 9:00 p.m. CT on the USA cable network.

bret,why are you gonna do a country song ,on a country channel,and then play nuthin but a good time,that dosent make a whole lot of sense,maybe he's trying to cross over some country fans,i dont think its worth it though.i dont consider bret a failed metal musician,well he's not metal anyway,he's rock,cause poison can still draw decent enough,but maybe this is the end of poison?i think the poison annual show that has toured the last 5 or 6 years was always too much the same,that people lost interest,they shoulda mixed it up,stage and set list wise.i guess only time will tell.
